Wherever there is music played in a commercial establishment that action is subject to user fees. Charges can run into the hundreds each month. The fines that are imposed can be tremendous.
Other background music websites want too much personal information and also charge fees for the "free" downloads. That doesn't sound very "free" to me. I have five lengthy CD's of all original music recorded by yours truly that I will send wherever you want. Nothing more, I don't want your phone number, or your mother's maiden name.
