Happy Thanksgiving! Have I got a treat for you.

Looking for television spots from one of the many restaurant chains that are offering Thanksgiving meals or takeout specials, I found this gem from Raleigh-Durham, N.C., four-unit chain Brigs Restaurants: the Pilgrim Benedict.

The narrator in the commercial describes the dish way better than I could, so I’ll let you listen for yourself. But what do you suppose "holiday hollandaise" is? I’m hoping for sage over pumpkin-pie spice.

You want to learn how to fry a turkey like Copeland’s or make sides like Texas Roadhouse, go for it. I’ll take the Pilgrim Benedict.
