Will He or Won’t He?
June 13, 2007
You can hardly blame Columbus, Ohio, restaurateur Cameron Mitchell for denying two months ago he intended to sell his widely praised Mitchell’s Fish Market restaurants. Which is what he did by way of the Columbus Dispatch (scroll down to “Sales talk fishy”) after I reported here that he said Darden Restaurants was interested in buying them.
Such announcements make store managers nervous, after all--and out go the rèsumès. Today, Darden may or may not want the 17-unit chain. But Mitchell nonetheless wants to see who else might be interested in the chain.

Let's hope that if Cameron sells it is to someone that will not change a thing. Even after they purchase and cameron has no say any more
