Jimmy's Egg to Open in Omaha

Jimmy's Egg Franchise Systems announced today that the breakfast and lunch chain has signed a new area development agreement for Omaha, Nebraska.

PRESS RELEASE: OKLAHOMA CITY, Nov. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Jimmy's Egg Franchise Systems announced today that the breakfast and lunch chain has signed a new area development agreement for Omaha, Nebraska. The five store development agreement marks the chain's first entrance into the Nebraska market under the Jimmy's Egg franchise name.

"We now have area development partners in parts of Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas and Nebraska," said Jim Burke, manager of Jimmy's Egg Franchise Systems, LLC. "Jimmy's Egg continues to have the good fortune of adding franchisees to our system despite the current economic times. We expect to sign at least one more area developer before the end of 2009." Jimmy's Egg has opened nine new locations over the past twelve months.

Jimmy's Egg Franchise Systems, LLC is a joint venture between Loc Le, the founder of Jimmy's Egg and Jim Burke, the former President and CEO of Oklahoma based Eateries Inc. Burke co-founded the Garfield's Restaurant chain of 55 restaurants in 20 states which was sold to an investment group at the end of 2006. Burke and Brad Grow own Burke and Grow LLC, an investment firm focused on restaurant and franchise investment opportunities.
