PRESS RELEASE: CHARLESTON, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The winter blues are nothing new - cold days, long nights and summer nowhere in sight - it's no wonder everyone becomes disgruntled! Luckily, Cheeseburger in Paradise(r) and Jamaica have just what it takes to bring back the holiday cheer and help guests and fans become "ungruntled."

Cheeseburger in Paradise, through the Disgruntled Elf Photo Contest, is giving away a five-day, four-night Funjet Vacations trip for two to Jamaica's legendary Sunset Jamaica Grande Resort and Spa in Ocho Rios. This resort offers guests an array of amenities, including the incredible Lighthouse Waterslide, multiple bars, grilles, and restaurants, and a relaxing spa (all amenities not included in the vacation package). Located along Jamaica's white sandy beaches, and surrounded by meandering pools, guests can't help but enjoy this relaxing, yet exciting resort!

How does the Disgruntled Elf Photo Contest work? It's easy!

* Participants are encouraged to order a Disgruntled Elf Margarita at their local Cheeseburger in Paradise restaurant (no purchase necessary), then visit www.cheeseburgerinparadise.com/DisgruntledElf anytime between November 1 and December 31 to register by sending a picture of their most disgruntled face and a 100-word (or less) explanation about how they found their cure from unhappiness while at Cheeseburger in Paradise.

* Next, all participants should become a fan of Cheeseburger in Paradise on Facebook at www.facebook.com/cheeseburgerinparadise for "disgruntled" picture inspiration, more information and ongoing updates on the contest.

* As an added bonus, participants that change their profile picture to their Disgruntled Face during the week of November 30 and leave a comment on the CIP Fan Page will receive a certificate for a free order of Cheeseburger in Paradise's new Dragon Fire Wings.

* During the week of January 4, 2010, the top ten finalists will be posted at www.cheeseburgerinparadise.com/DisgruntledElf where everyone can vote for their favorite.
