PRESS RELEASE: TULSA, OKLA - June 24, 2009 - Beautiful Brands International (BBI) announced today the addition of Baltimore-based restaurant, Kyro Pizza, to its portfolio of restaurants to market and franchise worldwide.

"We believe this is a fantastic opportunity to develop this innovative brand coast to coast and even overseas in places like the Middle East," said David Rutkauskas, Beautiful Brands Founder, President and CEO.  "They have a solid business model and a powerful potential to become a star player in our portfolio of Beautiful Brands. The agreement between Kyro Pizza and Beautiful Brands International will utilize BBI's organizational and support system to market and franchise the brand on a national and global scale.

BBI's support will include marketing, real estate, architecture, legal, franchise sales, and other aspects of franchise development.  Kyro Pizza will be marketed as a fast casual, brick oven pizzeria, with a relatively small footprint of only 1200 - 1500 square feet and an average ticket sale of $10 - $15.

"We approached David and BBI with the idea of joining forces because of BBI's stellar reputation in the restaurant franchising industry," said Mr. Moutasem Atiya, President of Kyro Pizza. "After we did a little research, we knew they were the perfect organization to provide the franchise sales and organizational support required to make this brand incredibly successful and viable...not only in the US but worldwide."

Founded in Baltimore in 2008, Kyro Pizza has received rave reviews from the Baltimore area for its delectable and wildly creative, brick oven style pizza. With culinary creations such as Tandoori Chicken Pizza, General Tso's Pizza, and its trademark creation, Falafel Pizza, Kyro's unique and mouth-watering gourmet menu features a fusion of Mediterranean, Asian, and American influences. In addition to pizza, customers can also choose from a variety of pastas, salads, and hot sandwiches served on freshly baked pita bread.

"At Kyro Pizza, our mantra is 'fresh and creative thinking tastes better,' said Atiya. "That means we're passionate about offering the tastiest and most creative gourmet pizza with the freshest ingredients we can find. We live for giving our customers the most unique and memorable dining experience they'll ever have."

Kyro Pizza is one of eight concepts marketed and developed by Beautiful Brands International. BBI was founded under the leadership of David and Camille Rutkauskas and is responsible for the successful launch of worldwide, franchised brands including Camille's Sidewalk Café, FreshBerry Frozen Yogurt Café, Coney Beach, Rex Chicken, Greenz and Dixie Cream Donuts.
