Olga's Kitchen Promotes Vice President of Operations
Michael A. Kosloski has been promoted to the position of vice president of operations, Olga's Kitchen Inc.

PRESS RELEASE: TROY, Mich., May 6 /PRNewswire/ -- With more than 25 years of hospitality experience, Michael A. Kosloski has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Operations, Olga's Kitchen, Inc., the independent family casual restaurant company headquartered in Troy, Mich. The announcement was made by Matt Carpenter, President and CEO, Olga's Kitchen, Inc. In his new role, Kosloski will continue to oversee the operation of the restaurants as well as the operation of the commissary, located in Troy Michigan.
Kosloski, a Michigan native, graduated in 1981 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the School of Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management at Michigan State University. He brought extensive food service experience to Olga's when he joined the company last year. Previously Kosloski held senior positions with Johnny Rockets, Cinnabon and Taco Bell.
Carpenter credits Kosloski with the quick and critical turnaround of their restaurant operations.
