Hooters Debuts New Signature Margaritas

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo at Hooters with Hooters' new signature margaritas.

PRESS RELEASE: ATLANTA, May 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Tomorrow, Hooters Restaurants across the country will be hosting Cinco de Mayo parties, inviting guests to join in the festivities and try one of the latest Margarita specialty drinks. The Jose's Blackberry Margarita and Spicy Mango Margarita are made with Jose Cuervo and are currently being featured in stores, in light of the festivities that surround Cinco de Mayo.

"We introduced these flavored margaritas on April 20th to align with our Southwest LTO menu and they are now one of our top selling signature drinks," stated Joe Hummel, Vice President of Purchasing and Operations for Hooters of America. "We expect these numbers to grow significantly with the guests coming in for Cinco de Mayo."

Hooters of America, Inc. is the franchisor and operator of over 450 Hooters restaurants in 43 states and 26 foreign countries. The first Hooters opened in 1983 in Clearwater, Florida. Hooters is well-known for its brand of food and fun, featuring a casual beach-theme atmosphere, a menu that features seafood, sandwiches and Hooters nearly world famous chicken wings, and service provided by the All-American cheerleaders, the Hooters Girls.
