PRESS RELEASE: TULSA, OKLA - December 5, 2008 - Beautiful Brands International (BBI), parent company to Coney Beach, announced today the opening of its first franchised Coney Beach restaurant in El Paso, TX.  The newest member of the Coney Beach franchise family is in the Outlet Shoppes of El Paso, Texas Food Court.

"Camille and I are proud to call El Paso our newest home for Coney Beach," said David Rutkauskas Beautiful Brands Founder, President and CEO.  "Our Coney Beach licensed franchisee, Milap Maniar, is a proven entrepreneur, and we believe, based on his successful opening the store will be a top performer in the Coney Beach franchise system."

The Coney Beach menu features all beef natural casing hot dogs, gourmet Black Angus hamburgers, and polish sausages.  Fresh buns, loaded fries, chili, and all trimmings accent the menu to offer a variety of coneys and burgers.  The menu also includes the famous Rex's Chicken chunks, chicken sandwich, grilled chicken sandwich, and fried chicken cobb salad.  Old-fashioned bottled sodas and classic ice cream floats and shakes round out the menu.

"I believe Coney Beach will be successful in El Paso for many reasons.  Customers want fresh, great tasting food in a unique atmosphere, and Coney Beach delivers that with every bite," said Milap Maniar Coney Beach Licensed Franchisee.  "Coney Beach has been the topic of conversation and is becoming a destination within a destination here at the Outlet Shoppes of El Paso."

Coney Beach is one of four concepts under the Beautiful Brands International umbrella.  BBI was founded under the leadership of David and Camille Rutkauskas and is responsible for the successful launch of worldwide, franchised brands including Camille's Sidewalk Café, Coney Beach, FreshBerry Frozen Yogurt Café, and Dixie Cream Donuts.  For more information on Camille's Sidewalk Café visit www.camillescafe.com; for Coney Beach visit www.coneybeach.net; for FreshBerry visit www.freshberry.net; and for Dixie Cream Donuts visit www.dixiecreamdonuts.com.
