4. Glass partitions are etched with the Pollo Campero mascot, a whimsical chicken.

5. High ceilings and plate-glass windows give Pollo Campero’s dining room an airy feeling.

6. The Pollo Campero in Chicago is outfitted with the chain’s first drive-thru lane.
