Restauratour: Photographic Tour of Fresh City

Scroll down for a photo tour of Fresh City.

By Lisa Bertagnoli, Contributing Editor -- Chain Leader, 4/1/2005

1. Fabric-covered booths and carpet add color and comfort to Fresh City’s expansive dining room.
2. Whimsically shaped booths add a focal point to Fresh City’s dining room and hide the restrooms, too.

3. Upholstered booths encourage Fresh City customers to linger over their meals.

4. Generously sized chairs and tables form a little lounge area.
5. A wide aisle gives customers plenty of room to wait.

6. Customers wait as their food is made to order, then pay before they sit down to eat.

7. An etched-glass panel divides the ordering counters and salad bar from the dining room.
