Burger King Holdings Inc. announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.0625 per share of common stock.

PRESS RELEASE: MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Burger King Holdings Inc. (NYSE:BKC) announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.0625 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on December 29, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 10, 2009.
