CB Holding Brands Announce Holiday Promotions
CB Holding Corp. expands holiday promotional offerings as part of overall brand revitalization.

PRESS RELEASE: MOUNTAINSIDE, NJ (November 5, 2009) - As part of its overall brand revitalization efforts, CB Holding Corp. (the parent company of Charlie Brown's Steakhouse, Bugaboo Creek Steak House and The Office Beer Bar & Grill) is unveiling an ongoing series of value-driven initiatives through holiday-focused promotions. These initiatives are designed to reinforce the company's commitment to offering fresh, high quality food at reasonable prices.

While CB Holding Corp. has always provided holiday promotions, the company has recently started to expand its offerings. Most recently, CB Holding Corp. featured promotions for Columbus Day and Halloween. The Columbus Day special was available at all Charlie Brown's locations, during which the restaurant's signature USDA Choice Prime Rib was offered for only $14.92. The company sent out 340,000 promotional emails to Charlie Brown's patrons, which resulted in 1,800 portions of prime rib being sold in just eight hours on Columbus Day.
The Halloween promotion was available at Charlie Brown's, Bugaboo Creek and The Office, and encouraged children 12 and under to come in for lunch or dinner in costume. Those that did, ate for free, and their parents were given a "buy one entrée, get one free" coupon for use on their next visit.
Inspired by the success of the Columbus Day and Halloween specials, the company plans to continue to offer value-driven incentives on various holidays throughout the year. For instance, on Veteran's Day (November 11th), CB Holding Corp. will be offering another "buy one entrée, get one free" offer to anyone with proof of military service (an alert will be sent via email to all priority club members). Veterans will be able to choose items from The Office Beer Bar & Grill and Bugaboo Creek Steakhouse's new menus, or have one of Charlie Brown's Steakhouse's signature entrees.
