Pretzelmaker Rolls Out Pumpkin Spice Pretzel

New seasonal flavor available only for a limited time.

PRESS RELEASE: ATLANTA, Oct. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Pretzelmaker((r)) announced today that the Company is introducing a new pretzel flavor for fall - Pumpkin Spice. Available for a limited time, the specialty pretzel is topped with a crunchy pumpkin spice blend with caramel sauce either drizzled over the top or served on the side. Pretzelmaker is managed by NexCen Franchise Management, Inc., a subsidiary of NexCen Brands, Inc.

The new pretzel flavor took several months to develop and test in NexCen Franchise Management's research and development facility in Atlanta. According to Michael Curtis, vice president of plant operations and head of NexCen's Research & Development department, the flavor, inspired by a family recipe for pumpkin pie with melted caramels on top, is the latest in a line of innovative flavors and products from the brand.

"From an innovation perspective, autumn offers some of the most unique and complimentary flavors," said Curtis. "Our team is constantly examining ways to bring fresh, seasonal tastes to our customers. The new Pumpkin Spice pretzel is the perfect warm treat for cooler weather."

Pretzelmaker currently offers a variety of pretzel flavors including Original, Parmesan, Garlic and Ranch, among others, and specialty pretzels such as Iced Cinnamon Swirl, complimented by a selection of sweet and savory dipping sauces.
