PRESS RELEASE: TULSA, OKLA - February 4, 2009 - Beautiful Brands International announced today the opening of its second franchised FreshBerry Frozen Yogurt Café.  The newest member of the FreshBerry franchise family is located at 8902 E. Via Linda Rd, on the northwest corner of 90th Street and Via Linda Road in Scottsdale, AZ.  To mark its Grand Opening, the café will offer one free regular frozen yogurt with one topping on Saturday, February 14th from 11am - 10pm to every guest.

The FreshBerry menu features all natural frozen yogurt selections with an ample choice of fresh fruit toppings such as strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, kiwi, pineapple, and mango.  Other frozen yogurt toppings include Fruity Pebbles cereal, granola, toasted almonds, coconut, and chocolate chips.  Additional highlights of the menu include fruit smoothies with available additives and flavor bursts, yogurt by the pint or quart, and FreshPops, frozen yogurt pops made from FreshBerry frozen yogurt.

"FreshBerry is already making a name for itself here in Scottsdale," said Licensed Franchisee Max Hamilton.  "People are initially coming into our café because they're curious about the flavors of our all natural frozen yogurt, but they are coming back with their friends because they know they've found something they can't get anywhere else!"

The FreshBerry frozen yogurt is low fat, low calorie, high in protein and calcium.  FreshBerry is marketed for multiple day parts because of the wide acceptance of yogurt as a healthy meal alternative and anytime snack.  As a wholesome frozen treat, FreshBerry allows customers to indulge without packing on the calories.

"We're inviting everyone to FreshBerry this Valentine's Day as a way to say we know you will find a treat that you'll simply love," said Hamilton.

The FreshBerry concept was created by Beautiful Brands Founder, President and CEO David Rutkauskas and his wife Camille.  The first FreshBerry Frozen Yogurt Café opened in January 2008 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  There are 4 more FreshBerry cafes opening in the first quarter of 2009 and over 35 units in development across Oklahoma, Texas, South Carolina, California, and Arizona.

"Camille and I are thrilled to open our newest café with licensed franchisee Max Hamilton, and we look forward to serving the people of Scottsdale the same delicious frozen yogurt and healthy smoothies we are known for worldwide," said Rutkauskas. "Once customers come in and try the frozen yogurt, they will love it from the first bite, and when they learn it is all-natural and healthy for them, their bodies will thank them for making a good choice."

FreshBerry is one of five concepts privately held by Beautiful Brands International (BBI). BBI was founded under the leadership of David and Camille Rutkauskas and is responsible for the successful launch of worldwide, franchised brands including Camille's Sidewalk Café, Coney Beach, Rex's Chicken, and Dixie Cream Donuts.
