Restauratour: Photographic tour of IHOP

1. Residential-looking fixtures offer soft lighting and an upscale touch to IHOP’s new design.
2. A Corian-topped cashier station and a separate hostess stand make the entry more inviting.
3. Yellow adds contrast and warmth to IHOP’s traditional red, white and blue color scheme.
4. No more silk plants: Fewer decor items give the dining room an open, airy feel.
5. The room dividers, formerly a dated mix of clear glass with brass touches, are now blond wood with translucent panels.
6. A neutral brown carpet stays in the background, allowing the yellow walls and red and blue accents to dominate.
