The acquisition is the first for the new company led by David Kim, CEO of Baja Fresh and La Salsa, along with a group of investors. The purpose of the restaurant "incubator" company is to discover and develop today's hot new restaurants into tomorrow's strategic brands.
Canyons Burger Company is looking to take the quick-causal burger segment to a new level. The brand focuses on fresh high quality ingredients wrapped around an active outdoor lifestyle. Canyons uses 100% fresh Black Angus Beef in their line of specialty burgers.
