Brinker International Board Declares Common Dividend
Today, the Board of Directors for Brinker International, Inc. (NYSE: EAT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share on the common stock of the company.

PRESS RELEASE: DALLAS, Oct. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Today, the Board of Directors for Brinker International, Inc. (NYSE: EAT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share on the common stock of the company.
The dividend will be paid on December 16, 2009 to shareholders of record as of December 3, 2009.
At the end of the first quarter fiscal year 2010, Brinker International either owned, operated, or franchised 1,699 restaurants under the names Chili's(r) Grill & Bar (1,493 restaurants), On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina(r) (162 restaurants) and Maggiano's Little Italy(r) (44 restaurants). Brinker also holds a minority investment in Romano's Macaroni Grill(r).
